Shipping Information

All items eligible for shipping (each of which is noted on the item's page) are shipped UPS from Los Angeles, California 90028.

Returns

All sales on shipments are final. If there is damage to the item not listed in the description, please email opossumandtaft@gmail.com
 with a photograph and description of the damage.

For delivery, no returns on products once in they are in the home.

Items that are available for pickup, once taken from our warehouse, are final sale.

Pick-up & Delivery

Pick-up from our warehouse is free. Or email with your location for rates on delivery. $30 is the base fee for delivery. If you order delivery before emailing with your location for a custom delivery estimate, an estimate will be emailed to you upon purchase and the difference will be paid at the time of delivery by cash, card, or venmo.

For pickup and delivery, please list three windows of time within a week from your purchase date, and wait for confirmation of exact time and, for pick-up, location of our warehouse.
